Blue Oasis Casita

The Blue Oasis Casita is a fully renovated, 100+ yr historic gem for the conscious traveler. Every detail is luxury-grade & design-forward: artisan tile, premium appliances, & all-new interiors. Enjoy organic mattresses and bedding, no synthetic fragrances, filtered shower water, & nontoxic cookware. Walk to the University, shops, and markets. With magazine-worthy style and hotel-level comfort, this 5-star boutique stay is truly one of a kind.

Blue Oasis Casita was thoughtfully curated for guests who crave both comfort and conscious living. Every room is designed to feel like a breath of fresh air—elevated, cozy, and free from toxins.

Step into our fully-equipped kitchen, where every detail is a joy. You’ll find plates and cups individually hand-painted in Mexico City, nontoxic Caraway cookware, 100% FSC-certified wood cutting boards and utensils, and glass storage containers for clean, stylish living. Enjoy your morning ritual with complimentary organic coffee pods, brewed with filtered water and served with intention. There’s no microwave here—instead, we offer a top-of-the-line Breville countertop oven that air-fries, toasts, and bakes like a pro.

The living room is the ultimate wind-down zone, featuring a large, cloud-like couch, a stunning OLED TV, Apple TV, and a Sonos speaker to set the perfect soundtrack for your stay.

Both bedrooms feature plush organic mattresses dressed in organic cotton bedding, fluffy down pillows, and blackout curtains for the ultimate deep sleep. Each bedside table is wired with built-in USB-C and standard outlets, and lamps are easily controlled with the touch of a button or remote. A thoughtfully stocked makeup vanity with organic cotton rounds and q-tips, plus an iron, steamer, and ironing board make it feel like home—but better.

Our spa-inspired bathroom includes soft, plush organic cotton towels, a luxurious rainfall-style shower with filtered water, and upscale, nontoxic spa products free of sulfates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances. The backlit mirror and ionic hair dryer add those luxe hotel touches you didn’t know you needed.

Outside, enjoy morning sun loungers, an EV car charger (Teslas need an adaptor), and our signature sunset swivel porch chairs for the perfect golden hour wind-down.

We're perfectly situated just one block from three University of Arizona dorms (AZ-SO, Arbol de la Vida, and Coronado) and a quick walk to graduation, game day, and campus events. Stroll to Time Market for artisan coffee and organic eats, or take a short walk to buzzing 4th Avenue and the vibrant University strip—packed with local shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

We make check-in easy and personal.

You’ll receive access to a secure, non-keyless entry system where you choose your own 4–6 digit code—something memorable and unique to you. After booking, we’ll reach out so you can set your custom code, making it easy to come and go without needing keys or remembering a random number.

We’re always just a message away if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy and give you space to enjoy the casita as your own personal oasis.

We go above and beyond with our cleaning—our team only uses enzyme-based, biodegradable, fragrance-free products to ensure the space stays as healthy as it is sparkling.

Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a U of A event, or just to recharge in a clean and calming space, Blue Oasis Casita welcomes you.
